Vertically Integrated Production
From casting and forging to precision grinding and final assembly, every critical manufacturing step happens under one organizational umbrella. This vertical integration gives us absolute control over quality, lead times, and cost — advantages we pass directly to our customers.
Power Transmission Components
Our core product family — precision-engineered gearboxes, speed reducers, couplings, sprockets, chains, pulleys, and PTO shafts. Each component is manufactured on dedicated production lines equipped with CNC hobbing, gear grinding, heat treatment, and dynamic balancing equipment. We produce worm gearboxes (NMRV, NRV, WP series), helical-bevel reducers, planetary gearboxes, and custom reducer assemblies in quantities ranging from single prototypes to container-load volumes.

Hydraulic Systems & Cylinders
We manufacture a comprehensive range of hydraulic cylinders — single-acting, double-acting, telescopic, welded, and tie-rod configurations — for mobile equipment, industrial presses, agricultural machinery, and material handling applications. Our hydraulic division operates dedicated deep-hole boring machines, chrome plating lines, CNC lathes, and automated welding stations. All cylinders undergo full pressure testing and dimensional verification before shipment.

Conveyor & Material Handling Equipment
From belt conveyors and roller conveyors to chain conveyors and screw conveyors, we design and manufacture material transport systems for mining, agriculture, food processing, packaging, and general industrial applications. Our fabrication workshops handle structural steel cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment, and mechanical assembly — delivering complete conveyor units ready for installation and commissioning at the customer's site.

Agricultural & Environmental Machinery
EVER POWER extends its manufacturing expertise into specialized agricultural equipment — including straw balers, feed mixers, tillage implements, and PTO-driven machinery — as well as environmental systems such as regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs), catalytic oxidizers, and dust collection systems. These product lines leverage the same core machining, welding, and assembly capabilities that serve our industrial automation portfolio.

Material Sourcing
Certified raw materials from approved suppliers. Incoming inspection with spectral analysis and hardness testing.
Precision Machining
CNC turning, milling, gear hobbing, boring, and grinding on multi-axis machines with ±0.005mm tolerances.
Heat Treatment
Carburizing, nitriding, induction hardening, and tempering in atmosphere-controlled furnaces for optimal wear resistance.
Assembly & QC
Sub-assembly and final assembly with torque verification, noise testing, vibration analysis, and full dimensional inspection.

Certified Standards
Our manufacturing facilities hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and operate in compliance with CE marking directives for the European market. Selected product lines also comply with ATEX, RoHS, and API standards depending on the application environment and customer requirements.
In-House Testing Laboratory
Our dedicated testing lab is equipped with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), hardness testers, surface roughness instruments, metallographic microscopes, gear tooth profile analyzers, and hydraulic test benches. Every critical dimension and performance parameter is verified and recorded before products leave the factory.
Incoming & Outgoing Inspection
Raw materials are inspected upon arrival with spectral analysis and hardness testing. In-process quality gates are established at each production stage. Finished products undergo final inspection checklists covering dimensional accuracy, surface finish, assembly torque, functional testing, and cosmetic appearance — with full traceability to batch and serial number level.

Manufacturing Infrastructure
Our production base spans multiple specialized workshops, each optimized for its specific manufacturing discipline. This specialization ensures maximum efficiency, minimal cross-contamination between processes, and the highest possible repeatability.
Workshop A
Gear & Shaft Machining Center
Equipped with CNC gear hobbing machines, CNC lathes, cylindrical grinders, and gear profile measuring instruments. Handles all gearbox and speed reducer component production with tolerances to DIN/ISO Class 6.
Workshop B
Hydraulic Cylinder Production
Deep-hole boring machines, internal honing equipment, automated MIG welding stations, chrome plating line, and hydrostatic test rigs. Capable of producing cylinders up to 12 meters in stroke length.
Workshop C
Steel Fabrication & Welding
Laser and plasma cutting systems, CNC press brakes, heavy plate rolling machines, and certified welding bays (AWS D1.1). Handles structural fabrication for conveyors, frames, and environmental equipment.
Workshop D
Heat Treatment & Surface Finishing
Atmosphere-controlled gas carburizing furnaces, salt bath nitriding, induction hardening stations, shot blasting chambers, and powder coating lines. Ensures optimal surface hardness and corrosion protection.
Workshop E
Assembly & Testing Hall
Climate-controlled assembly area with overhead cranes up to 50 tons, torque-controlled fastening tools, noise and vibration test chambers, run-in test benches, and final packaging stations.
Workshop F
Casting & Forging Division
In-house iron and steel casting foundry, die forging presses, and sand casting lines. Produces housings, flanges, yokes, and other structural components from GG20/GG25 iron and carbon/alloy steel.
